What we won't compare
Coffee-machine comparison content has a well-known problem: most of it exists to trigger affiliate clicks, not to help you decide. We only publish a head-to-head when:
- Both machines are ones we've actually used for two weeks minimum.
- They're genuinely alternatives (same price bracket, same use case).
- The verdict is decidable, at least by household type.
Comparisons we don't do: "£150 machine vs £1,500 machine" (not comparable), "brand X vs brand Y across all categories" (too vague), "best machine vs machine we haven't tested" (dishonest).
